Currently we have ONLY JAPANESE EDITION available. English edition is temporarily suspended publishing from 1997. We will re-start to publish English edition in the near future.

Basically there is no restricted material of description. You can describe anything like an advertisement of your own hobby's page or online shopping page.BUT you cannot describe ADULT-ORIENTED,ANTI-SOCIAL, ANTI-NETTIQUET pages. FIRST NEWS may refuse those pages and those who are against this rule.
You don't need to. We will translate your description into Japanese.
If your description has already been delivered in FIRST NEWS, we will write correction on the next issue. If it has not been delivered yet, we can change contents of description. Please contact first@firstnews.com .
We will carry your description by "first come, first served" policy. You may need to wait for a couple of weeks.
